- Create a full employment profile that can be used to apply for jobs without having to re-enter your information
- Have personalized Job Agents automatically e-mail you new jobs that meet your interests
- Save your information so that you can update it whenever your information changes.
Building a profile is a simple process that involves three easy steps. First, register with our system by providing your name, e-mail address,
and a password. You can register confidentially - our system will keep your name hidden until you apply for a specific position. Next, enter
your resume information. You can either "cut and paste" your text resume or use our online Resume Builder. Finally, review your information
and submit your profile for open positions.
What happens next ....
Completed profiles are stored in our database. You can update your information anytime by returning to Credit Card Careers and adding to or
editing your data. Don't forget to create a Profile so that as new positions are added to our system you will be notified automatically.
If you don't hear from us right away, don't worry, it simply means that we don't have an immediate opportunity matching your interests. New
jobs become available all the time, and chances are, it won't be long before there is one that is right for you.
Accelerated Management Development and Summer Associate Programs
If you are currently in College and you are interested in joining one of our accelerated management development or summer associate programs,
we invite you to apply at our Cards University Recruiting section. The Cards University Recruiting
web site also allows you to build a profile, which can be used to apply for any of our professional, management,
operations or technical positions.
Entry-Level Customer Contact Positions
If you are looking for an entry-level opportunity in one of our customer service centers, please check out our
pre-qualify online section. Applying for any of these positions is simple and convenient. You don't
even need a resume. Simply select the position you are interested in, give us your basic contact information and you are ready to go through our
online pre-screening process. If you successfully complete the pre-screen, you will be able to schedule yourself for an upcoming pre-employment
testing session at one of our facilities.
